About Thor’s hammer Accessories

Thor’s hammer was established 07.07.07 by a young Icelandic designer Einar Thor. The combination of the old Nordic Sagas and rock and roll brings you Thor’s hammer, a unique handmade Viking, rock and roll Accessories.

Our core competences are in relation to designing and making wristbands. Each wristband is made from 100% high quality Italian leather and has a name and a story that relates to Nordic sagas.

Thor’s hammer Accessories has also other products in its portfolio like t-shirts, belts, hoods and Jewelry, designed and crafted in relation to the Thor’s hammer ideology.   

The brand centers on the Rock and Roll lifestyle. Thor’s hammer mission Is to become the leading Rock and Roll fashion brand in Scandinavia and well known across the world for innovative, edgy and groundbreaking design.

Shipping & Returns

 

Orders within Denmark are shipped using Post Denmark, it is possible to ship via other methods on requests. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays but all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase. Recipients of orders shipped outside of the EU are responsible for complying with local tax laws.

Returns and Exchanges

WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED via Thor’s HammerAccessories
For all other purchases, please contact the company where you originally purchased the item.

Conditions for returns/exchanges:

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 7 business days of the original shipment date.

Underwear must be unworn and have original tags and hygiene liners attached.

Returns

To return your item, repackage your product in the original box if possible. Include a copy of the packing slip with a note of the reason for return. Please write your daytime phone number on the packing slip, this will speed processing of your product in the event we need to contact you. Send your package using a traceable delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment, please insure your items with your carrier. Returns take up to 7 business days to process, you will be notified of your return via e-mail. Please include all necessary account information so that we can deliver the payment back to your bank account    

Returns must be processed within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.

Exchanges

Please follow our return guidelines shown above when returning your product for exchange. Please note on the packing slip the item you are exchanging, the desired item, and the reason for exchange. For best results, please contact our customer support at info@thorshammer.is so we may assist you in getting the correct size or item. Our stock changes frequently, contacting us prior to your exchange is the best way to insure we have your desired exchange item in stock.  

Exchanges must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery date.

The customer pays for shipping of the exchange back to Thorshammer Accessories.

We are not responsible for loss/damage in shipment. Please insure your items.

Exchanges are shipped back to the customer using Post Denmark.

The customer is responsible to pay for the shipment of the exchanged product.

Sizing Information 

All sizes are in cm and are for approximation only. Each wristband/garment will have a small variation in sizing due to the different washes we use to make each garment unique. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.

Wristbands

The wristbands come in three different sizes it is 16-18,19-21 and 22-24, we ask you to measure your wrist beforehand and mark the category that fits with your wrist.

How to Measure your Wrist

To learn your wrist size you can use any of the following three methods:

1. Measure one of your favorite wristbands

2. If you have a flexible measuring tape, measure just above the wrist bone,(tape should be snug on wrist), then add 1 cm (depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit). That is the size bracelet you would wear.

3. Use a strip of paper, and wrap it around your wrist as described above. Then mark the piece of paper where it overlaps on your wrist. Finally, lay the strip of paper flat and use a tape measure or ruler to measure up to the mark (again, add 1cm ).

Our leather wristbands are adjustable.

Belts

The Leather belts come in three different sizes it is 85,95 and 105 cm, we ask you to measure your waist beforehand and mark the category that fits with your waist size.

How to Measure your waist

2. Cheek the waist size of one of your favorite jeans

3. Use a strip of paper, and wrap it around your waist.

Men's Tank tops

 

Thor’s hammer tank tops come in a tight fashion fit. If you want the Tanktops to fit slightly looser consider ordering one size above.

T-shirts

The Thor’s hammer T-shirts come in the regular standard sizes: small(s), medium(M),large(L) and extra large(xl). The Thor’s hammer T-shirts are in a fashion fit but if you prefer a looser fit; please consider ordering the size above

Hoodies  

The Thor’s hammer Hoodies come in the regular standard sizes: small(s), medium(M),large(L) and extra large(xl).

Men's Hats

The specially designed Thor’s hammer hats are available in only one size.

Do I have to pay VAT?

If you live outside of the EU, you are responsible to pay the value added tax if needed in your home country 

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept all cards and payment methods that PayPal offers. Your credit card statement will show Thor’s hammer Accessories. as the charge.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes and this is the preferred payment method that we use on our webshop, If you want you can also send us the payment through a bank transfer for that please send us a email on thorshammer@thorshammer.is 

Can I pay by check/money order?

Yes you can pay with a bank transfer

Can I Order Over The Phone?

Yes please send us an email with your phone number and we will contact you within 24 hours execpt on wekends and holidays than it will be on the next opening day.

 

What size should I buy?

Please view the sizing page for approximate sizing of all of our products.

If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?

No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.

How should I care for my items?

Please refer to all wash instructions on each product prior to washing, or simply ask your mom.

How Do You Ship Your Orders?

Orders are shipped using Post Denmark 

How long will it take to receive my order?

In stock merchandise will usually leave our warehouse within 3 days of placing your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. The amount of transit time depends upon Post

What if an item is out of stock?

Every attempt is made to have all products in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail.

Can I return an Item?
